All software licenses are valid for one full year from the date of activation, not simply for one tax season.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our tax software and associated services, all sales are considered final. Once your order is processed and your software license or access credentials are issued, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is standard for digital products and ensures the integrity and security of our licensing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are purchasing a non-transferable, non-refundable one-year license for use of the specified software and services.
• All digital deliveries, including access to portals, downloads, and credentials, are final and will not be subject to refund or credit.
